CHILLI CUCUMBER BAGELS
INGREDIENTS
2 Bagels, your choice
Cream Cheese
1 Cucumber, sliced
Salt Flakes, pinch
Sichuan Chilli Oil
METHOD
Once you’ve toasted your bagel how you like it, thickly spread with cream cheese on top and bottom then layer with cucumber. Place onto your serving plate before generously drizzling with our Sichuan Chilli Oil and sprinkling with salt flakes.
